What to Expect

We make your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here's what happens when you come in.

Walk-ins are welcome at any time during opening hours — no appointment needed. If you prefer, you can call +65 6530 3356 or WhatsApp us ahead of your visit to check current waiting times.
Our friendly clinic assistants will register you and collect your NRIC or FIN. If you have CHAS, MediSave, or insurance coverage, please have your card ready. New patients will fill in a brief health history form.
Dr Jestin will take the time to listen to your concerns, conduct a thorough examination, and explain his assessment clearly. He believes in shared decision-making — you will always understand your diagnosis and treatment options before leaving.
Medications are dispensed in-clinic. If a specialist referral, lab test, or imaging is needed, we will arrange this for you and provide a referral letter. We work closely with restructured hospitals and specialist clinics across Singapore.
Our clinic assistants are experienced in processing CHAS, MediSave, Pioneer/Merdeka Generation, and insurance claims efficiently. We accept NETS, PayNow, and major credit/debit cards. Your subsidy is applied automatically — no paperwork needed on your end.
